Refund policy

What we sell: digital goods and services - specifically, a domain name transfer plus a logo file pack (in editable and scalable SVG format), and guided transfer support. No physical items are shipped.

Before delivery/transfer begins

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we (a) start the domain transfer/push or (b) you download the logo files. To request a cancellation, email support@brandbargain.com with your order number.

Once delivery/transfer has begun

Because these are digital goods/services, all sales are final once (a) the logo files are downloaded or (b) the domain transfer/push is initiated, except where required by law. This reflects the one-of-a-kind and immediately-usable nature of the goods.

If a transfer can’t be completed

If domain transfer is not possible due to something like registrar/ICANN restrictions, outside your or our control and no alternative method can reasonably be used, we will cancel and refund the order.

European Union / United Kingdom consumers

Under consumer law, digital content/services normally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. If you choose immediate delivery, you’ll be asked (at checkout) to consent to starting supply and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery begins.

  • If you do not consent to immediate delivery, we will wait 14 days to begin transfer, and you may cancel within that period.
  • If you do consent and we start delivery during that period, the withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery has begun. (Services that are fully performed within 14 days are likewise non-cancellable once completed.)

How refunds are issued

  • If a refund is approved, we will refund to your original payment method. Most banks take 5-10 business days to post refunds; timing can vary by provider.
  • If you used an installment/financing option (e.g., Shop Pay Installments (Affirm), Klarna, PayPal Pay Later), the refund is processed through that provider. Any financing charges or interest already assessed may be non-refundable; please review your provider’s terms.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, contact us at support@brandbargain.com.

What we need from you to deliver

For domains we typically transfer via same-registrar push (fastest) or inter-registrar transfer using an auth/EPP code. We’ll guide you on the best method. Please provide your registrar name and account email or ID promptly and approve any registrar emails.

ICANN notes: domains less than 60 days from creation or a prior transfer may be transfer-locked (inter-registrar transfer unavailable) for that 60 day window. Changing registrant contact data can also trigger a 60-day lock unless your registrar offers - and you select - an opt-out.

Non-delivery or issues

If you believe a delivery is delayed or incomplete, email support@brandbargain.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
