Our Delivery & Transfer Policy

What's included
Domain name: transfer of your newly purchased domain to your registrar account.
Logo pack: digital files (in editable and scalable SVG format) delivered by download link/email.
Guided transfer: step-by-step help to complete the transfer of the domain.
When we start
We begin once payment is secured (e.g., card authorized or escrow funded). For EU/UK consumers: if you request immediate delivery, you will be asked to waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content/services so we can start right away.
How the domain is transferred
We'll use one of the two standard methods (we'll advise the fastest for your situation):
Same-registrar push (fastest): we "push" the domain to your account at the same registrar using your account ID or email.
Inter-registrar transfer: we unlock the domain and provide the auth/EPP code; you initiate the transfer at your registrar.
Eligibility notes (ICANN rules):
- Domains less than 60 days from creation or a previous transfer may be transfer-locked for that 60-day window (inter-registrar transfer unavailable), so a same-registrar push would be required to avoid a delay in transfer.
- Changing registrant contact data can trigger a 60-day lock unless the registrar offers - and you choose - an opt-out.
Typical timeline
Same-registrar push: ~1-2 business days after we receive your account details.
Inter-registrar transfer: typically 5-7 business days after you submit/approve the transfer at your registrar.
Your responsibilities
Follow domain transfer instructions included in your purchase confirmation email, including providing your registrar name, account ID, email, etc. promptly.
If we're using an inter-registrar transfer, initiate/approve steps sent by your registrar.
Ensure you have access to the admin/contact email associated with your registrar account (for approval emails).
Completion & confirmation
A domain transfer is considered complete when the domain successfully leaves our account for the account you've specified to us. Once confirmed, the transaction is closed and funds are released.
DNS & propagation
DNS changes (name servers/records) are optional and handled by you or your web host. If you request help, allow up to 24-48 hours for global DNS propagation.
Logo file delivery
Logo files are delivered digitally via (a) secure download link on the order confirmation email/thank-you page, or (b) direct email to your contact. If you don't receive files within 24 hours of payment, contact support@brandbargain.com.
If a transfer cannot be completed
If transfer is not possible due to eligibility or registrar restrictions beyond your or our control, we will either (a) complete via the alternative methods available, or (b) cancel and refund according to our Refund Policy.
Refunds
Because these are digital goods/services, sales are final once transfer begins (or files are delivered), except where required by law. If you're in the EU/UK and do not waive the withdrawal right, we'll delay delivery until the 14-day period ends.
Payment plans
If you use an installment/financing option (e.g., Shop Pay Installments (Affirm), Klarna, PayPal Pay Later), the refund is processed through that provider. Any financing charges or interest already assessed may be non-refundable; please review your provider’s terms.
Non-delivery & contact
If you believe a delivery is delayed or incomplete, email support@brandbargain.com with your order number. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Geographic & sanctions compliance
We do not deliver to jurisdictions where domain transfer or our services are restricted by applicable laws/sanctions.
